Dear Person Who Asked Why There Isn't A Heterosexual Pride Day,
Did you wake up today and have someone yell at you about how the way you live your life isn't OK? Have you ever lost a job and later found out that it was because of something about you which had absolutely nothing to do with your professional life? Have you ever been beaten nearly to death, had a cinder block broken over your head, simply for telling someone that you were attracted to someone who they thought you should not be attracted to?
I'm just wondering, because every single time I get reminded of those incidents it really bothers me. You can trivialize me all you like, but you haven't yet managed to erase me and I promise that, if you do, I will leave one hell of a stain on the carpet.
